Reviewed Italian Wedding Soup

"first of all i could not find chicken sausage so i had to go with turkey sausage. i got the smallest package of ground chicken and it ended up making the 40 meatballs. as far as i am concerned, that was way too much to put in the soup. i put in 20 balls and i will use the others for a noodle dish tomorrow. i added bay and parsley to the broth. the noodles ended up soaking up a lot of broth so i had to add another 4 cups of broth. next time i would skip the sausage all together. think it would suit our tastes better.
