Delicious! This was my first attempt at making homemade chicken noodle soup, and I couldn't be more pleased. I used spaghetti with white fiber in lieu of egg noodles, but that's just a preference thing. The recipe doesn't mention it, but when you are done making the stock, after it's drained let it sit and cool in the pot and you can skim the fat...

I love this recipe and I make it often for my husband and I. The dip is the best part��� smoky, tangy, and spicy. I always make this with Ingrid's Broccoli & Celery slaw too. The two recipes go compliment each other perfectly. Thanks for this recipe!!

I made this recipe exactly as it was written, and it was okay, but there are few things I would do differently if I decide to make this again. I would get chicken tortellini in lieu of cheese and cook it longer than the 2 minutes suggested (box says 7-9 minutes). I didn't really care for the smoked mozzarella taste, so next time I'll use regular"
