"Tasty, but there's no way you need 2 cups flour and 4 eggs to coat four sole filets. Start with 1/2 cup flour and 2 eggs/one-half cup milk. Also suggest using sliced (not slivered) almonds as this is a delicate dish and the slivered almonds were too overpowering.""
