Reviewed Roasted Butter Herb Turkey
"This recipe is phenomenally delicious! The seasonings, the way they exude their qualities into the meat & the garlic-herb butter all combine to make the bird wonderfully savory & moist. I became aware of this recipe from my niece who adopted it as the singular recipe for her Thanksgiving turkey from the first try a number of years back. The only 'drawback' I can foresee anyone having might be the little bit of extra effort of applying the seasoned butter according to the directions & stuffing the bird. No biggie by me, though, as there's nothing involved that's actually difficult. The resulting flavor & juiciness more than justify this recipe. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! : )
