"This is very yummy. I followed the recipe exactly, and the only problem I had was that the curd did not thicken on low heat. I turned up the heat to medium low, and then it thickened nicely. I love to entertain. I am in a gourmet dining group with 3 other couples. Each couple hosts a "gourmet" dinner once a year. We have been doing this for about 15 years. I also give an annual holiday party (I've done this for 23 years!) and have several other groups of friends that I have over for dinner parties. In addition, I am in several bridge groups. When it is my turn to host, I need to provide either lunch, appetizers, or dessert, depending on the group. I also love to read (I'm in several book clubs) and I love to travel.
