Reviewed Slow-Roasted Leg of Pork with Spicy Scratchings

I have made this recipe several times to great reviews. I do not remove the pork skin and instead I simply score it and rub all the spices into the meat. Baked for 20 mins at a high temperature to crisp the skin and then reduce it covered and bake for the remaining time. Delicious

I HATE turkey but this was the best turkey recipe I have ever had. I have made this 3 times and each time it was great. It's delicious and flavorful. I used everything in the recipe but found the turkey cooks a look quicker than suggested. Enjoy!!"
