Reviewed Rotisserie Chicken with Satay Sauce
"Satay sauce required a lot of ingredients & more prep time than I would like for a normal quick, weeknight recipe, but I admit... it was very tasty! We sliced the chicken and served the sauce over that with some peanuts on top. Serve with a veggie & you've got a pretty easy & yummy meal.
