I've made this dish numerous times and it has been a hit each and every time. My only issue is that the second step is to add the rice, sazon and broth and cook until the rice is toasted. Not sure that is possible with the broth added so I just leave out the broth until the rice is toasted then add it. Am I missing something in my reading or is...
