"I was watching this dish being cooked on tv and had to try it. I loved the tangy flavor of the sauce. I deviated a little based on ingredients I had on hand. I added hard boiled egg, used seasoned rice wine vinegar and stirred in one Italian sausage that I took out of the casing and browned (no prociutto). I will definitely come back to this recip""
