Reviewed Beer-battered Asparagus with Garlic Aioli

"I wanted to use the aioli for a dipping sauce for Ina Garten's roasted shrimp and substituted the tarragon for dill and only added two tablespoons of garlic instead of four. This recipe called for waaaay too much lemon juice. I had to add another cup of mayo just to tighten it up and cut the lemon juice. It was way too soupy.
