Reviewed Spaghetti alla Carbonara
"This is a true carbonara, without all of the extras usually added when you get it in a restaurant. I also use bacon when I don't have pancetta, and adding onions to the meat is a good alternative to the scallions if you want them cooked and sweeter. The dish needs to be served right away! It's truly wonderful!"
