Reviewed Artichoke and Sun-Dried Tomato Stuffed Chicken Breast

Great dish! I marinated the chicken in a parmesan basil vinaigrette and lemon juice for three hours prior. And I low simmered for approximately 20minutes to get it to temp. Served it with a risotto and it was a big hit with my boyfriend. Will definitely make this one again!"

Reviewed Gorgonzola and Porcini Mushroom Risotto

This was my first attempt at Risotto, and I loved it! I did however use feta crumbles instead of the gorgonzola, and I actually ended up absorbing 8 cups of stock to get it as creamy as I am use to. My boyfriend loved this one too, amazing flavor, definitely a keeper! :)"
