Er-mer-gerd! This was absolutely fantastic!!!!! Hands down one of the best things I';ve ever made or tasted. It felt like I ordered gourmet chicken at a fancy restaurant. The only thing that I adapted was the spice. I was only able to get medium salsa, so I threw in some crushed red pepper flakes and one or two tsps of hot Mexican chili powder....

Super easy and super tasty! I followed the 2nd way of making this dish by boiling the noodles separately and adding them in at the end. I also didn';t have frozen vegetables on hand, so I used a can of mixed vegetables and it still came out great. Great quick and delicious meal."

My husband hates refried beans out of a can and almost refused to try it. I convinced him to take a mouthful, promising him it would be topped with cheese and that there was bacon and onion in there. Turkey bacon, but ';shh'; he didn';t know the difference. He loved them and so did I. It really sparks up the flavor and gives the dish ...

This was really tasty! Not as tender as we would have liked, but the flavor of the dish was great. The marinara was excellent and the dish itself was even better the next day after the flavors c"

Excellent and very easy to make! The house smelled absolutely wonderful and it tasted even better. Great autumn or any time meal! Now a family favorite. Loved the sauce and spooned it over the meat - couldn't get enough!""

Reviewed Mexican "Fried" Ice Cream

This recipe was fantastic! I love fried ice cream and especially loved that this was not "fried". I didn't thaw the ice cream and I crushed the cereal in a plastic sandwich bag and sprinkled the cinnamon in and shook it up. I scooped the ice cream out of the carton and rolled it around in the cornflakes. The honey topping was fantastic! We also us"

I know what you're thinking...stuffed shells - yawn - snooze fest- boring. Not these. Hands down....these were the best stuffed shells I ever had. I wouldn't change anything about the recipe. Absolutely delicious and easy to make! We made an appetizer of bruschetta to accompany the meal. I'll add garlic bread next time. This one is a keeper!"

Yummo! My sister made these as a side for Thanksgiving this year and they were a hit. I now know a different side to make aside from the usuals.
