Reviewed Cauliflower and Bacon Gratin

"Absolutely delicious. A great recipe not only because it tastes amazing as Giada made it, but also because it's adaptable. I headed other comments and made 1 1/2 cups of bread crumbs, and it was plenty. As for the "soupiness", I actually loved it, but adding less heavy cream would do the trick. I also didn't have enough cauliflower and added a yellow squash I had in the fridge and it worked perfectly. I think this is a great base for any type of gratin and will make it with different veggies, with or w/out bacon, capers & other cheeses etc. in the future.
