I Started to work in the kitchen with my mom, she was from Toulouse-France. When I arrive to Canada the natural thig to do is become Chef (12-1969) first working and 2nd at the Ecole Culinaire de Canada. I have worked as a F&B in many prestige Hotels. I speak 5 lenguages, travel around the globe and studied wine in NY in French & Italian Embassies.
