Reviewed Braised Beef Brisket with Onions, Mushrooms, and Balsamic
"If I could give this recipe 10 stars I would! Outstanding!! I saw this recipe yesterday and went right out got a brisket and couldn't wait to try it. I don't even like mushrooms but the depth of flavor that the ingredients gave the meat and sauce was amazing! I a 4.5 lb brisket and I cooked it 3 hours and then uncovered for half an hour. I served it with a gorgonzola polenta with the sauce spooned over it. I tried this for just myself and my only regret was that I didn't save it for company. Highly reccomend this recipe!!! Excellent Ann thank you!!
