Great recipe! I noticed the comment below from ES123 and I'm thinking that she or he did not give it time to sit. I tasted it as soon as I finished and it was "good" not great. But as the instruction said I then let it sit about an hour and it was much different....great! A nice texture, and good amount of spice. REALLY good!"
