Reviewed Leftover Oatmeal Bread
"Yummy! This was a very easy bread to make. Had all the ingredients but realized halfway through that i didn't have enough bread flour and had to substitute the last approx 1/4cup of AP flour. I also used leftover overnight oatmeal. The bread came out very soft (didn't need NEAR enough) but was still very nummy. Am going to make it again tommorrow and enjoy every bite!
