"I made this and wasn't crazy about the taste of the gravy, accidentally lost it down the drain and guessed at remaking it!! I'll try again as the wine taste was good, just was not sure if I liked the green pepper taste so well, will try some red and orange peppers mixed in next time to take away the strong pepper taste.
