Reviewed Coconut Cake
"Following the recipe produced my best cake yet. However, the crust was quite dry and flaky (probably cos of the coconut) and would have loved to have it a little bit moistier. Overall, tasty. Tweaked it a bit and added raisins instead of almonds. Thanks Ina."
