Reviewed Provencal Vegetable Soup

"Even though I didn't have all of the correct ingredients, the soup was delicious. I used a ham shank and made my soup base with it. Just another way if using up left-over ham from Easter."

About Me

My grandparents were from Sicily and I enjoy cooking Italian foods. At Christmas my girls and I make Grandma's Canoli recipe that has been carried down to the fourth generation. I mostly cook "comfort" food for my family. My grandchildren think that I am an awesome cook.

I am short and round and really don;t look Sicilian at all.
