"I've made coconut shrimp before and it was tasty, but the recipe was excellent. It was the panko bread crumbs mixed with the sweetness of the coconut flakes that really sealed the deal. I gave this a try one night because I had some leftover shrimp. I halved this recipe for just my fiance and me; but we gobbled them up embarrassingly fast... I wished I had made a whole pound and a half! The dipping sauce is restaurant quality yum, but sweet Asian chili sauce can be hard to find.
