Made this last night for a cook out with friends. It was really good. I did cut down on the oil a little based on other reviews. The vinagrette was exceptional. This is a good base, but it needs vinegar for tang, fresh tomatoes and sharp cheddar cheese. The vegatables do add a nice crunch tho'.
