"While on vacation I saw this recipe on the show. Couldn't wait to get home to make it. All the ingredients were readily available at our local grocery store, including the proscuitto. Followed the directions exactly and wound up with an EXCELLENT meal. Paired up with a salad and a nice red wine it was perfect. One change I will make next time"
