"Should we peel the beets or leave them in for the recipe. It sounds like many people are peeling them. Is the peel good to eat. I was always taught to peel them. Just wondering? Thanks."

I love to cook!  I'm love to cook healthy with LOTS of flavor.  Its amazing how you can take something simple and use incredible flavors that make food enjoyable.  It's all about the flavor and not the fat.

I don't cook that much due to my schedule with work, however, when I do, I look up to people and watch how they cook, then I incorporate their skills to help me make meals for my family.
