This is a wonderful cookie recipe! The great thing was that it was easy for my 4 year old granddaughter to help! Her favorite part was rolling the dough in a ball then in the cinnamon sugar mix and especially smashing them on the cookie sheet. I did follow the suggestions of the majority of the reviewers and added the cream of tarter and the vanilla....

This salmon preperation is very good, with a mild flavor. So, if you are into bold flavors, this is not the dish for you. The only other thing I would caution is that it is easy to over cook your fish with this method. Due to the gentle cooking method of the low temp poaching, the color change of the fish does not help with knowing when the fish is...

This is absoultly the best pan fried fish I have ever had. I have made this more than a few times now and do not always have trout available in my store. Do not fear trying other fish. This recipe has worked for me successfully with several types of fish. ps...my 5 year old grandson loves it, has been eating it since he was 3 and is now requesting...

Delicious...again! Just made it tonight for the first time this season. This is my 3rd year making this. About the crust issue...I have tried all of the previous suggestions by everyone, the salt and calendar, the paper towels, the pans with holes and the pizza stone. I always seem to have the "not crisp" middle on the bottom. But please know that...

Easy and delish! I didn';t have a pizza wheel so I sliced with a small knif and sealed the edges with a fork like on a pie. It took a little longer but was worth the trouble!"

I'm a surprised no one has rated this recipe yet. I logged on to pull this recipe to make it tonight for the 3rd time. You really should try it. It's easy and the fish turns out really moist and flavorful. Don't be afraid of the salt. The fish does not taste salty at all. My husband says, "honey, I'd pay for that in a restaurant any day". It's so "

Wonderful...You have to try this! My husband was excited to see me take pork chops out of the freezer for dinner but quickly became unhappy when he saw me with a printed recipe in hand. He even said, "what are you doing with a recipe? Can't we just have regular fried pork chops like you usually make?". I just said a simple "no" and kept on moving"

Fun and delish!!! I've always been afraid of cooking tuna...but this looked easy enough. It was easy and impressive to my family. The real manic was in the prep of the lemons. Do not skip that step. I was really surprised at how much cooking them changed the flavor. I will make again!""

Really good and slightly different! I make corned beef and cabbage every year for St. Patty's day and it's always good, but the same ole thing. The changes in this version really kicked it up a notch! The beer and the garlic were an awesome addition to the broth and the cooking time was perfect. Very tender and not dry.
