Reviewed Oven-Roasted Prime Rib with Horseradish Sauce

"Just made the prime rib - outstanding!

Did not make the horse radish sauce - just used regular horse radish. Still, very, very good."

Reviewed Mexican Wedding Cookies

"Delish. Used walnuts and added chopped orange flavored cranberries. Also substituted orange extract for vanilla.

Just like momma use to make. (well sorta)"

Reviewed Pat's Famous Beef and Pork Chili

"Very, very good. Nice and sweet and not too hot.

It makes a big difference to add the spices while the onions etc. are cooking - releases the oils in the spices. Will definitely be making again!"

Reviewed Prize Winning Pineapple Upside-Down Cake on the BBQ

"Good, good, good.

Nice and light and airy and not too sweet. A really tasty treat. Highly recommended.

I also cooked it in the oven @350 for about 33 minutes."

Reviewed Chewy Sugar Cookies

"Very tasty. Tried rolling the dough for some and cutting them with a cookie cutter - worked well if you keep the rolling pin well floured.

Be careful of the cooking time - they will burn quickly.

Will certainly make again."
