Haven't had Salisbury steak for a long time - other than the TV dinner kind (boo). This was well worth the effort. Very good and the Brandy is a must - adds a wonderful flavor to the gravy.
You can omit the gravy packet and simply use a little cornstarch dissolved in some warm water to thicken the gravy....”
