"This was so easy, I used my food processor, and Ghirardelli 60% Bittersweet chips, also used 1 tsp. really good vanilla, 2 tsp coffee liquor, and 1 tsp coconut flavoring. Will toast some beautiful coconut flakes later to top it with. I love that it makes a rich, wonderful dessert without using dairy. I used Cafe du Monde coffee (super stong) do""
