Reviewed Bacon Wrapped Chicken with Blue Cheese and Pecans

"Awesome all the way. I still have trouble with rolling the chicken but it's probably because I try to get too much on the yummy filling in each. The mustard sauce was over the top and was a great compliment to the dish. I also made the red wine rice with this and that was to die for! I LOVE red wine and this was so unique.

Thanks Rachael!"

Reviewed Banana Nut Muffins

"Wonderful! I was able to use some frozen bananas I put away but you need to get them to room temperature before using them. I cut back a little on the fat and just added 1 stick of butter and they still came out beautiful. Also added a few chocolate chips to half of them and very tasty. Makes exactly 12 muffins.""

Reviewed Cakey Buttermilk Pancakes

"Best pan cakes I have ever made. Very fluffy & moist-not too dry. When I saw the title was "cakey" I was concerned they would be more dry than I like but they were perfect. My husband and I ate the whole batch. Made 9 lovely cakes"

Reviewed Rice Pilaf

"Delicious! Only change I made to the process was after cooking the rice with the onions I threw everything but the raisins and nuts(I used some toasted pine nuts since I had them on hand) in my rice cooker and all was perfect. I added the raisins and nuts just prior to serving. It was awesome with the crown roast of lamb. Thanks Alton!
