Awesome all the way. I still have trouble with rolling the chicken but it's probably because I try to get too much on the yummy filling in each. The mustard sauce was over the top and was a great compliment to the dish. I also made the red wine rice with this and that was to die for! I LOVE red wine and this was so unique.

Wonderful! I was able to use some frozen bananas I put away but you need to get them to room temperature before using them. I cut back a little on the fat and just added 1 stick of butter and they still came out beautiful. Also added a few chocolate chips to half of them and very tasty. Makes exactly 12 muffins.""

Best pan cakes I have ever made. Very fluffy & moist-not too dry. When I saw the title was "cakey" I was concerned they would be more dry than I like but they were perfect. My husband and I ate the whole batch. Made 9 lovely cakes"

Delicious! Only change I made to the process was after cooking the rice with the onions I threw everything but the raisins and nuts(I used some toasted pine nuts since I had them on hand) in my rice cooker and all was perfect. I added the raisins and nuts just prior to serving. It was awesome with the crown roast of lamb. Thanks Alton!

Reviewed Caramel Apple Cake

Oct 7, 2010 in Food Network Community Toolbox on Food Network

Very good and my friends liked it. The cake was a non traditional apple cake which is usually more like a spice cake. But the reviews below especially from Saxygrl were helpful as far as putting a pan under it to catch some caramel leakage through the spring form pan. I had to bake mine a full 1 hour and 40 minutes to get the firmness in the mi...

Ellie,
These are so tasty, quick & easy and have already had them 3 times in 2 weeks. Made them for a family cookout and they loved them! My mother-in-law asked me for the recipe and she made them for a dinner with friends and they loved them. Better than the steak fries you can buy. I used a high heat Pam cooking spray. For the lady that...
