“This recipe was Fantastic!! Lite on fat and very filling! I used 2 cans of canned clams, and juice from a bottle to equal amounts given. The substitution was fine! I also did not have celery on hand, so I used carrots instead! Improvise when necessary. Thank you Ellie!
