"Wow, I saw this episode just before I needed to make dinner and had no idea how I would pull it off in a short amt of time. I used pumpernickle bread instead. My husband and I loved it. I used Marsala wine just about a tablespoon since that is what I had in the house. It tasted fantastic with the tomato soup which I made w fire roasted canned tomatos to save time and added some fresh herbs. Topped w the kale chips. Excellent and had it on the table in under an hour. "

"I made these after seeing the show. During the show she says to roast them at 250 degrees. I did just that for approx 50 mins.Turning about halfway through, They came out perfect.Kept a dark green color but became crispy. I used them to top the tomato soup which came our awesome as well. I used the pre washed/cut kale and have already used up the entire bag. It was so easy. My huband and I loved it! Thank you Melissa."
