"I have made these several times. Very easy and always delicious. I have opted to use only (1) lemon. I personally think that (2) is a bit overpowering, but it's a personal taste. I cut and put into cupcake paper cups and then dust with powered sugar. easy single server for parties. "

"very good. Easy to make. A big hit at my friend's Easter dinner. I used crescent rolls (1/2), large shrimp cut into small pieces and minced red onion (i didn't have scallion). I like the idea of pepper jack cheese and will try that next time. "

"Sorry to say, but this just wasn't good and I feel bad saying it because i am such a fan of Ina. The DILL- terrible. Very overpowering and it just doesn't belong in the soup. "Excellent !! I made this for my annual Xmas party and it was the prized dish of the evening. I agree on the lasagne noodles from a previous post. No need to pre cook or buy the "ready" pack. I soak mine in hot water for 15 min prior and it makes it easy to work with. Prep ahead & it goes together quickly. Make sure you use a large pan that will fit all the liquid
