"I have made these several times. Very easy and always delicious. I have opted to use only (1) lemon. I personally think that (2) is a bit overpowering, but it's a personal taste. I cut and put into cupcake paper cups and then dust with powered sugar. easy single server for parties. "

"Great recipe!! I make this soup often. You can also add a small can of corn and 1 can rinsed black beans for a little extra flavor and color. Really really good.

"Excellent !! I made this for my annual Xmas party and it was the prized dish of the evening. I agree on the lasagne noodles from a previous post. No need to pre cook or buy the "ready" pack. I soak mine in hot water for 15 min prior and it makes it easy to work with. Prep ahead & it goes together quickly. Make sure you use a large pan that will fit all the liquid
