Reviewed Baked French Toast with Blueberries

Jan 22, 2014 on FoodNetwork.com

I read the reviews and followed the recipe mostly as written. I did not use the lemon or the maple syrup and used less sugar, figuring that the sweet bread and bluberries would be sweet enough. It was excellent. I did not have any of the problems that others mentioned.

I can't believe I have been cooking this the wrong way all these years. I always cooked it at 350 with a meat thermometer and took it out when it reached the correct temperature. I read this recipe and figured I'd give it a try. If I could, I would give this recipe 50 stars. The filet was cooked to perfection. This technique is easier and the "

Reviewed Caesar Salad with Parmesan Crisps

Jan 3, 2011 in Food Network Community Toolbox on FoodNetwork.com

Loved the dressing but couldn't get the parmesan crisps to come out right. On the show Paula said to use the packaged parmesan cheese because it is lower in fat, which I did. I plan to try again using my regular parmesan that I buy in a wedge and grate myself. Overall this was a great salad that I will make often.

This casserole was ahhhmazing. Followed the recipe as written. I used a 8x8 dish, cut the side crusts off of the bread, and it fit nicely. It is quite possibly the best breakfast I have ever eaten. My husband loved it too.
Thanks Paula.
