Reviewed Filet of Beef

"I can't believe I have been cooking this the wrong way all these years. I always cooked it at 350 with a meat thermometer and took it out when it reached the correct temperature. I read this recipe and figured I'd give it a try. If I could, I would give this recipe 50 stars. The filet was cooked to perfection. This technique is easier and the "

Reviewed Chicken Chili

"Ahhhhmazing. I always use mexican spices to taste since we don't like our food too hot. I also added 2 cans of kidney beans and used cilantro instead of the basil. The chili came out perfect, nice and thick. I served it with the "Skillet cornbread" from this site. Planning to make this again next weekend for a gathering of 14 people. It is easy, one pot and inexpensive.

Reviewed Caesar Salad with Parmesan Crisps

"Loved the dressing but couldn't get the parmesan crisps to come out right. On the show Paula said to use the packaged parmesan cheese because it is lower in fat, which I did. I plan to try again using my regular parmesan that I buy in a wedge and grate myself. Overall this was a great salad that I will make often.

Reviewed Croque Madame Casserole

"This casserole was ahhhmazing. Followed the recipe as written. I used a 8x8 dish, cut the side crusts off of the bread, and it fit nicely. It is quite possibly the best breakfast I have ever eaten. My husband loved it too.
Thanks Paula.
