"Wow! So much flavor and such nice texture. Taking it to this weekends girl friends getaways. The only thing different I did was do 1/2 pound of feta and next time I will use the entire lb. Was thinking it might be too much with only a 1/2 lb of pasta. So, So, GOOD!!"

About Me
My name is Carol Gatti and I live in Seattle, WA. I'm 46 years old and an empty nester. I work for The Seattle Times in sales and being on the road a lot sometime caused me to go through fast food just to "fuel up". I recently started watching the Food Network and have truly become a little obsessed with cooking now! I have no desire to buy processed food and make almost everything fresh now! I used to watch a lot of movies and now I leave it on the Food Network everyday, even if I'm just cleaning house. I love everyone on the show, but Claire Robinson is my favorite. Not only is she a great cook, but she is so pretty and I look forward to seeing what she is wearing too.
