YUMMY and EASY however I did change a few things. Since ground chicken has no taste on its own, I definitely beefed up on ALL the spices. I did 10 good shakes of red pepper flakes during the browning process, and increased the cumin to 3 tbsp, oregano to 1-1/2 tbsp, and chili to 3-4 tsp. Yum!!!!!!! Very hearty, satisfying, yummy stew. I modified my version a bit - added some garlic powder to the flour when sprinkling it on. My cut of meat was bigger than in the recipe, so I had to up some of the ingredients and let it cook longer in the oven (3 hours).
