My Activity

Reviewed Kentucky Colonel Barbecue Pork Chops

"Have used this recipe multiple times for chops on the grill. My favorite use, however, is for pulled pork! I double to recipe and use about 2/3 of the water the original recipe calls for. I also use about 1/2 of the pepper. My family likes it a little sweeter so I add an extra 1-2 tablespoons of brown sugar and omit the hot sauce. I put a 4-6 pound pork loin in the crock pot and add the marinad. I leave it on low all day and pull it apart throughout the day as it cooks so all of the pieces are full of flavor. A HUGE hit with bulkie rolls and coleslaw! Wash it down with sweet tea or a cold beer!
