I made this recipe vegetarian by subbing couscous for the ground turkey. It never disappoints! As for the amount of couscous, I just eyeball it, remembering that the usual ratio of couscous to liquid is 1:2. If it seems dry, I add an extra egg or some water. Try it!"

Totally delicious. I made this exactly as the recipe said and served it at my bday party. Everyone loved it! They were asking about the recipe. The leftovers were also very tasty when all the flavors mixed themselves up a bit more. You will not be disappointed."
