Love this recipe! I have always overcooked pork chops, or pork tenderloin, and seeing the instructions to cook 3 minutes on each side scared me. Make sure your pan is at the right temperature and it'll turn out Perfect! My kids loved them, too! I also made a sauce out of the pan drippings...ooooh, sooo good! Make this tonight!
