"This is delicious, easy to make, and very filling. I make it once a week and stir in a capful of vanilla before refrigerating it to use throughout the week. For each serving, I sprinkle on Splenda brown sugar and mix in whatever I have on hand - fresh fruit, raisins, crunchy peanut butter, nutella, or carmelized banana."
