Reviewed Good Eats Roast Turkey

This was both my first attempt at baking a Turkey and the best Turkey I have ever tasted. The brine and aromatics infused the turkey with the most amazing favors. It was so moist and the skin was perfect. I think the most impressive part about this recipe was that it only took 2 1/2 hours to cook a 14 lb. bird! I would definitely volunteer to "
