"Wow! A must try recipe! I was amazed at how delicious this was because it was so simple I thought it would taste more on the bland side. Wrong! Gourmet meatloaf? There is such a thing! This was my first recipe I made from Sunny and it is a keeper. One helpful hint with large families - when you have so many peppers to stick in the oven you might have to use the stove top to simmer the peppers in the sauce. I used one large skillet that I put in the oven and then 2 large pots simmered on the stove. Thanks Sunny!!!"
