I';ve used part olive oil and it';s still great. I also never serve it with sour cream, which would cut down on the calories too. My Hungarian Mom never served it with sour cream also."

Delish, I had to substitute some ingredients but it was still awesome. I only had about 1/2 cup frozen spinach so used that and also spinach pasta. And I didn't have shallots so used onions. Also I didn't have whipping cream but I used about 1/2 cup of whip cream from a can, lol. I also added a little parmesan cheese. The wine I used was Riesling....

I could only find swiss chard in a Wholefoods store and it took my hubby and I both to do all the prep for this, chopping, chopping, and chopping, lol. But it was oh so worth it. Used a little bacon instead of Pancetta and two potatoes instead of one. It was superb. We oohhhed and ahhhhed all through eating it.
