Reviewed Butternut Squash Mac and Cheese
"I was hoping for great taste with this one because I love butternut squash. I found it to be very bland - we had to add quite a bit of seasoning to the final dish. Also, 2 cups of cheese does not give enough cheesy flavor to one pound of pasta."
"I used 2 jalapenos, because we like spicy, and it was delicious. It does dirty a lot of pans, though."

"4 servings? Maybe if they were football players! My husband and I ate this and barely made a dent in the bowl. We'll be eating it for days, but that's okay cuz it's delicious! My only complaint is all the dirty pans. If you have a warming drawer and can cook the ingredients in one pan, then keep them warm for assembly, that would work."
I retired as a State Police Captain after 25 years. I'm learning to relax and am enjoying cooking up a storm. We moved from FL to NC, where I enjoy cooking, volunteering, and taking care of grandchildren.
