Reviewed Cumin-Lime Pork Chops with Grape Salsa

We tried the pork chops, but did not make the salsa. The pork chops were excellent. We cooked them to 140 degrees, and then let them sit on the warming rack in the grill for a little while. They were fabulous. I will definitely try the salsa next time."
