Reviewed Perfect Pot Roast

Our family liked this recipe and it was super easy to prepare. I used half beef broth (one 14oz can) and half red wine, which gave it a little extra flavor without having a strong wine flavor. I also used tiny new potatoes in their skins, cooking them along with the carrots. I might add whole garlic cloves next time."
