"This soup was just as I remember having growing up! The turkey is a great substitute for ham with intense smokey flavor. Instead of the yogurt topper, I stirred in about 3tbls. heavey cream which added a great richness. I definitely recommend trying it with whole grain bread, the sweetness is wonderful with the popping frozen peas.
