This is one of our go to recipes for shrimp. Made this last night (simple Christmas supper) with penne, added ribbons of basil and used orange zest for a slightly sweeter taste to accompany the lemony goodness. Made buttered oven toasted ciabatta with melted fontina to go with. Yum""

Fantastic!!! This dish times two was a huge hit! We all loved it. For those who may have had mushy stuffing either the bread was not toasted enough, cider not cooked enough with the filling to reduce it down or too much chicken stock added.
