This turned out excellent. Full of flavor and at the consistency that you would expect from a gratin. For those with the salt problems, you probably did one of a few things; you used salted butter, you used 2 tablespoons of salt rather than 2 teaspoons, or you used iodized salt instead of kosher salt. "
