Reviewed Chocolate Cupcakes with Ganache and Marshmallow Frosting

These cupcakes are great! I didn't make the marshmallow, but the cake and ganache were enough. As other reviewers mentioned, the cake batter was quite runny. I cooked them about 12 minutes in a convection oven at 325. The cupcakes were moist and airy (I cut back the sugar a bit). I'd recommend cooling the ganache so you can frost with it rather t...
