"Never had Brussels Sprouts before and I was weary having heard only bad things about them. I'm glad I made them (It was an accident actually; I was supposed to make another recipe but I didn't have bacon). They were AMAZING. Crispy, chewy, great flavor. I have a new favorite side, I think. I used canola oil instead of olive oil. It worked fine. ""

"Pretty good. Still pretty heavy on the calories and fat. My middle layer was very chewy, my chocolate layer very hard, and my shortbread layer too crumbly. Of course, that was more than likely my fault but still. Pretty hard to make, not out of control good: I probably wouldn't make it again. ""

Reviewed Zucchini Mini Muffins with Orange-Maple Glaze
"These are amazing! Not added sugar but they have just the right amount of sweetness. I love the extra fiber and nutrition. I've never eaten zucchini before this but I will explore it's use more now. My only complaint was the glaze. It was unnecessary and I personally didn't like it. I twas overpoweringly orange and not sweet enough for my taste. M""

"I did not like it. I tried to but it just wasn't my taste. The vinegar made it taste like it had sour cream which I liked but the garlic was still quite overpowering even with such a little amount, which I admit was my fault. There was no real flavor beyond the garlic. It was easy but I wouldn't be making it again. ""
